The price of Gasoline affects everyone but here in Thailand the relative high price of Gasoline does not appear to have reduced the volume of traffic. The price of Gasoline is controlled by several factors including Government taxation, supply and demand, Oil Futures on the Stock Market and the value of the American Dollar. Whilst the price of Gasoline is much lower in Thailand than in Europe where fuel taxation is high, in some other Asian Countries such as Malaysia and Indonesia the price of Gasoline is about 50% cheaper than in Thailand.
