This tragic love story is sure to bring tears to your eyes as first one of the Geckos falls to his death followed by its lover. The Thai men in the commercial attack their host for causing the death of the 2 Geckos by using poor quality ceiling tiles in his house and not Shera Flexi Board.
I read somewhere that to cause the death of a gecko brings bad luck, especially if it is one of a pair as in the commercial. Do you know of this?
I haven’t heard of this but I’ll ask my mother to enquire about this in her village which thrives on superstitions and old wives tales! Someone there is bound to know if this is a widely held belief.
