Ms. Haruna Ai, aged 37, from Japan was the winner of the Miss International Queen 2009 Pageant held in Pattaya. The Miss International Queen Pageant is a beauty contest for Transsexuals from all over the world. To enter the competition, all contestants must have been born as men. The Miss International Queen contest was held at Tiffanys in Pattaya which is billed as the largest Transvestite Show in the world. Runners up in the competition were Ms. Kangsadal Wongdusadeekul from Thailand and Ms. Daniela Marquez from Brazil.
