    Queen Sirikit Botanic Garden – Chiang Mai



    Queen Sirikit Garden

    In 1994, Her Majesty the Queen gave permission for the Maesa Botanic Garden to be renamed as the Queen Sirikit Botanic Garden. The Queen Sirikit Botanic Garden is located just outside Chiang Mai on the Maerim-Samoeng road, on the edge of the Doi Suthep-Pui National Park and serves as a conservation centre for endangered plants and as an educational resource.

    Sacred Grove in Secret Forest- Buatong Waterfall

    Our secret forest with its sacred grove is the Buatong Waterfall and Jed Sii Fountain Forest Park which is located deep in the forest of the Mae Taeng National Park. Buatong waterfall has a drop of over 100m and has 3 levels. At the top of the waterfall where there are several pools of crystal clear water, is a magnificent viewpoint across to the nearby hills.

    A Secret Garden – Dokmai Garden

    Dokmai Garden is a secret garden, hidden away slightly off the beaten track but within easy traveling distance of Chiang Mai. Dokmai Garden is privately owned by the Seehamongkol family who, as a labour of love, have turned a former Longan orchard into a gardener’s delight with over 800 species of Tropical plants, trees and vegetables, each with its own very informative aluminium sign in three languages.

    Thailand Garden – Tweechol Botanical Garden

    The Thailand Garden, Tweechol Botanical Garden, is located in the Doi Saket area of Chiang Mai. Tweechol Botanical Garden was founded in 1997 and is the most beautiful Thailand Garden in Chiang Mai. Tweechol Botanical Garden has one of the largest plant collections in Thailand and covers an area of 114 acres. Among the many delights of Tweechol Botanical Garden is an outstanding display of topiary in the shape of animals.
