Thailand Meditation




Thailand has a wide range of Meditation Centers available with courses and retreats suitable for people of all levels of experience. The majority of Thailand’s Meditation Centers teach Vipassana or Insight Meditation and there are many Temples in Thailand that will accept foreigners to their meditation courses. Most of these meditation centers have courses ranging from 2 to 21 days and will require the attendees to follow certain rules of behaviour and dress. Meditation is very popular in Thailand and has now spread to the Western World. Whilst most of the Thailand Meditation Centers are in Buddhist Temples you do not have to be Buddhist, or have any religion, to enter theses courses.
